To run a private (local) chain with *mock* mining, just select the network:

```ini
## Run with a different network
# Testnet network
node.network = signum.net.MockNetwork
```

This will allow you to forge new blocks once you submit a new nonce. 
Note that P2P is disabled when running in this mode.
